Character Rig - Blu

Complete character rig for Harmony Premium 14.
Version 2.1 has KO and No_KO in one .tpl.
updated eyes, and corrected a few minor issues found during animation.

 Not sure if it will work in other versions of the software, but please let me know if it does!
 I've put up a version with no Kinematic Output- in hopes it will work in 12. Feedback would be great!
Just download, Unzip, and import through your character library.
